- Please memorize your password and never write down or record your password in a way that can be accessed by someone.
- Change your password regularly. For the sake of security, our system will remind you automatically if your password has not been changed for 90 days.
- If you suspect your login password has been used by someone else, please contact us immediately.
- Protect your personal computer against hackers and viruses
- Install a personal firewall and anti-virus software on your personal computer and avoid downloading or installing programs, files or emails from insecure and unreliable sources. This can prevent hacker programs or computer virus from obtaining your personal data.
- Protect yourself while using Online Banking Services
- Do not access Online Banking Services from a shared computer in public places such as internet cafe and internet bar.
- You can find a padlock or key icon at the bottom of your browser where you are able to check the security certificate and make sure you are accessing the official site of Online Banking Services. Do not access Online Banking Services through hyperlinks embedded in any emails.
